Making Sense of your Worth
by Cindy R. Lee, LCSW in partnership with
For anyone who desires the freedom to live with positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Self-worth is the foundation of who we are and plays a role in every decision and relationship we have.
How does it work?
Participants will go through a series of 8 sessions individually or in a group format, designed to help them understand how the events in their lives have contributed to low self-worth. The sessions focus on developing an understanding of the “lies” an individual believes about themselves, such as “I am not good enough,” or “I am not smart enough,” or “I deserve to suffer” and how to replace these lies with truth. In addition, once a participant is released from the beliefs associated with the past, the sessions focus on rebuilding a new life based on positive self-worth and maintaining these gains.

This program helps people overcome their pasts to be free to be the caregivers, spouses, friends, or professionals they desire to be.
